Fewer font files, loaded the right way, so text shows up right away.

Plugins and themes

We find the ones slowing the site down, replace or remove them, and clean up the rest.

Hosting

Hosting set up for speed. We recommend WP Engine, which we use ourselves, when it fits.

Core Web Vitals

We measure LCP, INP, and CLS, then fix whatever is failing.
