These Terms govern your use of jerseydevilweb.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Jersey Devil Web LLC (“Jersey Devil Web,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site offers

The Site publishes news and resources for the New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania business and marketing community, runs a directory of agencies, and offers web, SEO, and marketing support services. Some services are sold through our online shop.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens our servers, or submit anything that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.

Our content

The articles, graphics, and other material on the Site are owned by Jersey Devil Web or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote short excerpts with a clear credit and a link back to the original page. Anything beyond that, including republishing full articles, needs our written permission.

We use AI tools to help draft news stories and design images. Our team fact-checks and edits what we publish, but we cannot promise that every statement is free of error. If you see a mistake, email us.

Directory and listings

There is no paid placement on the Site. Agencies cannot pay to be listed or ranked in our directory. Lists and rankings such as “best of” articles reflect our editorial judgment at the time of publication and may change. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listing details, which can change without notice, and a listing is not an endorsement.

Tips and reader submissions

We welcome news tips and reader submissions, which you can send by email to eric@jerseydevilweb.com. When you send us something, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use, edit, and publish the information and material you send as part of our reporting, and we will credit you if you ask us to and it is appropriate. We are not obligated to publish anything.

Purchases and services

Services and products sold through our shop are described on their pages. Prices and availability may change. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your use of them is subject to their terms. Work we do for you under a separate written agreement is governed by that agreement.
